Double Room available in Finsbury Park Area

About the Flat:

We have a lovely bright and cosy 3 bed flat in the Finsbury Park area. The flat is filled with natural light and is very warm. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with an air fryer, microwave etc and a large fridge-freezer. We also have a washer+ dryer and lots of storage through the flat. The living room is very cosy and decorated with lots plants, sofas and a flatscreen TV. Upstairs the bathroom is also very modern with great storage space. Outside we have a shared patio, terrace area with our v. friendly neighbours. The front door is on the first floor, away from the Main Street and is accessed via another door at street level with an intercom so the flat feels very safe!

The Room:

Your new room would be a good double size bedroom, on the non-street side with double glazing so it is very quiet + cosy! The room has gorgeous blue hardwood flooring and great natural light. It can be offered unfurnished or the mattress and storage items can be left for an extra £50. One of the flatmates also drives and we are happy to help you find and transport a bed frame if needed!

The rent is £840pcm with council tax incl. (Band D). There is a yearly water bill of about £80pp also! If you wanted to opt in for the Wi-Fi we can also pop you on the plan(£12.50pcm). All other bills are included!

A deposit of £722 is also required alongside previous references and you must pass the letting agency income requirements.

The area:

Our flat is really well situated with a 15 mins walk to Finsbury Park Stn, a bus stop right outside that takes you into Central London and Upper Holloway Overground Stn also a 10 min walk away!
We also live opposite a Tesco Express which is very handy for last minute bits and there is also Jolene and a handful of cafe/ food options on the street below.
If you’re into walking/ running we have a lovely little park just 1 min down the road and the Parkland Walk which runs from Finsbury Park to Highgate 🌳

Heya, I’m Dom a 26 yr old British-Italian. My girlfriend Éala and I love to cook together and you can usually find me drawing or sewing if I’m not downstairs having a coffee in Jolene!

Our Ideal Flatmate:

We are looking for someone friendly, tidy and reliable who will treat the flat as a home. We are all very friendly and take pride in our cosy little home and are looking for a flatmate who will do the same. We all clean up and tidy after ourselves and there is a weekly deep cleaning rota. Whilst we all enjoy the occasional night out and having friends over, this isn’t really a party household so if you’re a bit of a party animal this might not be the place for you. We all live very busy London lives but do enjoy hanging out in communal spaces and watching movies or having a pizza and painting night but at the same time respect each others personal space and are looking for someone who will do the same!
