The flat has its own private garden, with open plan kitchen and living room design. Equipped with all the necessary amenities: dishwasher, washing machine, air fryer (we love). A TV with fire stick (Netflix, catch up etc). Lots of natural light. There is plenty of storage and each tenant has their own 2 shelves of the fridge and large cupboard for storing kitchen bits.

The bedroom has its own modern ensuite, beautiful private garden views and comes fully furnished with bed & mattress, built in wardrobe, bedside table and white IKEA chest of drawers.

You'd be living with Jen and I - both of us work as Account Managers in tech and the wine and spirits industry respectively. I'd say we're very respectful housemates - always conscious of allowing personal space, but also very sociable, chilled and love maintaining a clean/tidy flat. We occasionally cook together and hang out for movie nights. Looking for a like-minded professional with preference of somebody who works from the office most days in the week.

The area is lovely and very safe with lots of pubs, supermarkets, parks, gyms and restaurants close by. There's a Morrison's, Waitrose, Lidl and Iceland just 6-8 minutes walk from the flat.
