Bright room sublet in Finsbury Park

Hello!

I am Martin, and my roommates and I are looking for a clean and friendly short-term subletter (15 May to 15 June - there might be a possibility to extend) for this huge double room in Finsbury Park - 10 minutes by foot from the station and 5 minutes from the lovely Stroud Green Road!

You will be living with Sydney, Esther and Sophie who are close friends. Sydney is Canadian and a working professional in the humanitarian sector and a singer/song-writer. Esther is French, she finished her master's degree at UCL and is now working. Sophie is American-Canadian, is a photographer and working in film. They are all in their mid-20s and very lovely people. The house is big with lots of storage, a south-facing garden and 2 bathrooms (one is a half-bath). Esther, Sydney and Sophie are looking for someone friendly, tidy, and respectful. Good vibes only!!

The house has high-speed internet (fibre), a laundry machine and a dryer.

The price (£890 for a month) includes all bills + council tax.
Preference given to people who will rent for the full duration.
