I am very sad to leave this clean, quiet, beautiful and well lit double room with en-suite and a balcony, few minutes walk away from Caledonian Road station, Holloway Road Station and Bus stops for good transport access to central London (Bus number 91,17,253,393,29 and more).


The room is available for short let 3 months period from July to September and long let until September 2026 with flexible move in date.
I have lived in this room for over 3 years now and have loved it. Now moving out only because of change in personal circumstances.

5 minutes walk away from supermarkets including a large Morrisons, Waitrose, Lidl, tesco express and sainsbury local.

Safe, Friendly and welcoming household. Currently occupied by professionals and a student who are kind, considerate and respectful.

Hoping to find a lovely housemate to join our lovely friendly home, its not just a space, it is home away from home, somewhere you can feel safe, settled, and part of a positive environment.

All bills included except monthly cleaner for common areas that costs around £12.

Everyone is easygoing and friendly — always happy to have a chat or share a laugh, but equally respectful if you prefer your own space.
