Room in Finsbury Park mid-March (flexible)

We have a room opening up in our flat in Finsbury Park from mid-March (date can be flexible). Please note that we will not be renewing our lease as we are looking to change flat from September - whoever joins this current tenancy is welcome to join that as well if it’s a good fit!

There are four of us living here at the moment (all guys aged 27) — three from Ireland (one moving out) and one from the US. We’re all fairly busy during the week but hang out together frequently, and keep the flat feeling like a home rather than just a place to crash. Most weeks that means a mix of things like football, tennis, going on walks, cooking together, pub trips, chilling with a film, etc. We’re definitely a social flat and are keen for someone after a similar vibe.

The flat itself is in a great and well-connected location — 8–10 minutes’ walk from Finsbury Park station, with the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, National Rail services, and loads of bus options. It’s about 20 minutes by bike to central London, and there’s a lot nearby — cafes, shops, restaurants, pubs, and green spaces. Hampstead Heath, Islington, Clissold Park, and more nice areas are no more than a 15-minute cycle away, and if you’re into football, the Emirates is a 10-minute walk from the property.

Bills come to around £50–100 a month on top of rent. Most pictures in the ad are pre-move-in, but we can share updated ones or do a virtual tour if that’s easier.
