You would be living with me (Romy, 25, female, UCL phd student) and Dan (~20, male, UCL student) and Arash (29, UCL phd student). We are STEM students who like sports/ the outdoors.
Postgrad students or recent graduates are preferred.
I have lived here two years. It's a nice area. The flat is in Bakersfield Estate which is gated. It is about 2km from Hamstead Heath which is great if you like outdoors activities (e. g. running, walking or swimming). The flat has good facilities: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave. There are two showers and two toilets. The agent sends a cleaner about once per month. The entrance is on the 4th floor shared balcony.
You would need to sign the contract for 1 year starting 20th September, but subletting is allowed if you are here for a shorter time.
