🚃 15 walk to Finsbury park station/upper Holloway & Holloway, 20mins to archway, 30mins to highbury & Islington, so could mix of train lines near by. Plenty of buses around and a quick lime bike to Islington, Camden, hackney, Shoreditch etc.

🏡 The house has great spacious common spaces, living room and kitchen and with a beautiful balcony which soaks up any available sun! The room is spacious, room for a work at home desk, 2 x double wardrobes and a king bed. The house has 2 bathrooms. The second room (our room) has an ensuite so the main bathroom is considered this rooms bathroom.

✨Our flatmates have decided to move home to NZ and we are therefore looking to find ideally a couple (but open to singles too) to fill our second room in our N7 Finsbury Park/holloway house.

We have lived here for a year and got to love the area. It is easy access to Finsbury park station and we all know viccy line is the winner to get anywhere quickly. There are great pubs, cheap food and just a short lime bike/bus from Islington, Camden, hackney, Shoreditch etc.

You’ll be living with me, Claire, 28 from Melbourne, work in construction (Monday-Friday with the occasional Saturday and a rare work from home day). I am a sucker for a rom com and some reality tv. And Jordan, Perth, 28 also working in construction similar hours who loves all things sports. We both love a drink/pub night with friends, reading, getting out and about to explore London and travelling as much as possible while we are here! We are looking for housemates who are keen for a friendship and is house proud - board game nights, dinners, drinks at the local pub but who are happy to do chill and their own things.
