Double room in bright flat near Finsbury Park

I’m a 32 year old professional living in a great two-bed flat between Finsbury Park and Holloway Road. My beloved flatmate is moving back home so I will need to find someone to fill her room.

The flat is bright with high ceilings and great windows to keep the sounds of the street out. It’s on the second floor with the entrance off the main road.

The room to rent has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There would also be space for a skinny bookcase if needed.

Location wise, we’re less than 10 mins from Finsbury Park (Victoria, Piccadilly, National Rail, and buses) so you can get around London pretty quickly. There’s loads of great food places within walking distance. There’s a little Tesco just under our flat, a few corner shops, and then a Lidl and Morrison’s on Holloway Road (about 10 mins away). If there’s anything you want to know about near by, please ask!

The flat isn’t massive and has a shared bathroom, so it’s important that the people living here get on. I enjoy cooking and watching TV and films, and it’s always nice to eat and have a glass of wine together in the flat. Of course if you prefer your own space, the room is a great place to chill. I am a remote worker but I try to go out to coffee shops and the office (when allowed!). I tend to be out a couple of nights a week (netball and seeing friends) and will be often out and about at weekends.

I’m open to living with all genders, ideally a professional between the age of 29-37 (not strict, just a starting point) who’s up for making a new friend!!

Bills approx: £100 (internet, energy, council tax)
