I’m Andrea and I’m looking for a new flatmate as my previous one is departing.

The flat is located in Holloway near plenty of amenities and extremely well served in terms of transports. 3rd floor with lift of a modern building.
Very spacious with double ceilings, there is a huge open space kitchen and living room, also a big bathroom with bathtub.
The room is a double room with a built in closet and a massive window for plenty of sunlight throughout the day.
The room is going for £1100 and bills are around £150/£200 per month.

I’m looking for someone social and fun, respectful of each other’s spaces and most importantly extremely clean.
