You’d be sharing with 2 women 33 and 35, both professionals. The room is available for another professional with a similar lifestyle - we enjoy going to gym classes and going out to wine bars and restaurants, and otherwise relaxing watching movies etc (so less of a party house).

The flat is a maisonette and very spacious with a sunny patio, large kitchen and living room. It's a great flat for socialising but is also spacious enough that everyone can do their own thing!

Finsbury Park is about an 8-10 minute walk away and the flat is close to a lot of nice wine bars / cafes and a gym, Stroud Green road is nearby which has lots of options for restaurants etc!


Rent + bills including regular cleaner = £1350. No deposit. The flat is strictly non-smoking.
