We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our relaxed and friendly home in Islington.

We’re both in our 30s, easygoing, and have a chilled, respectful vibe at home. We work partly from home during the week and enjoy a balance of social time (movies, chats, the occasional hangout) while also respecting each other’s space.

We’re looking for someone who wants to make this a home rather than just a place to stay.

👤 About You:
- Ideally in your late 20s / early 30s
- Friendly, considerate, and easygoing
- Looking for a calm, comfortable home environment
- Open-minded and respectful (we’re welcoming to all backgrounds)

🛏️ The Room:
- Bright, furnished double room
- Includes bed, storage, and essential furniture
- Rent: £1200 per month (excluding bills)
- Move-in: 10th May (flexible)

🏠 The Flat:
- Located in Islington (65B Benwell Road, N7 7BW)
- Fully furnished throughout
- Spacious shared living areas
- Large balcony / terrace – great outdoor space

🚇 Transport Links:
- Holloway Road 🔵 – 5 min walk
- Highbury & Islington 🩵🟠 – 10 min walk
- Drayton Park – 5 min walk

📌 Additional Details:
- Minimum stay: ideally 12 months
- No smoking indoors
