2 rooms available in a 3 bed flat in N7. The flat is located on a quiet street, close to Holloway and Finsbury Park stations. It has three rooms in total, the third being occupied by one of the current tenants Will, who is a civil servant working in environmental science and policy.

The flat is in the bottom floor of three storey. It has a communal living room kitchen (with a dishwasher), and a utility room for washing clothes ect. The occupied room is an ensuite, so the remaining bathroom is shared between two people.

The flat has a private garden with a BBQ and hammock, alongside a larger shared garden. It also has a secure bike shed and potential car parking.

It is rented directly from the landlord (no estate agent) who is friendly and attentive.

Current tenant is looking for respectful and social flatmates but there's no pressure to hang out all the time.
