Room in Big student house by Holloway Road

I am moving out of my flat and I am looking for someone to take over my room by the end of may!
Nice double room size: it comes withe the bed and drawers and closet, but unfortunately the keys and all the nice posters will go away 😂

You’ll be sharing with 5 other British student from Kings, they’re nice and chill! and will make you feel at home
Not a party house unfortunately but has a nice garden and with summer arriving, you’re going to enjoy it :)
The tenancy ends in September but they’re renewing it for another year so you’ll be able to stay longer if you wish, or you can always do a tenant swap
Ideally you would have to be a student to not pay the council tax, but if you are willing to do it, you don’t have to be a student!
