You’ll be sharing with 5 other British student from Kings, they’re nice and chill! and will make you feel at home
Not a party house unfortunately (as we are not allowed but my flatmates like to party!)
Has a nice garden and with summer arriving, you’re going to enjoy it !!

The rent is 930 but you will have to cover the council tax for the month that is why its is 1150 (since everyone is student) - But im happy to talk about budget!
