The flat is a new-built and is very modern and well furnished.

– Available from 1st July
– £950 per month (excluding bills & council tax)

💫 About us:
I’m 25 and work as an accountant, and Joss is 25 and is a teacher. We’re both friendly, sociable and easy-going, and like keeping the flat clean, cosy and relaxed. We enjoy a chat and the occasional flat dinner/drinks, but also respect each other’s space and downtime.

✨ We’re looking for:
A tidy, considerate working professional or postgrad, ideally someone working hybrid or office-based.
