2-bedroom flat to share with a 40 y. o. female professional, who's clean, kind, outgoing, active and always up for trying new things. I’ve lived with flatmates since college and grew up with siblings, so I’m very comfortable sharing space and understand the balance between being social and giving people their own space. I’m considerate, and easy to live with, and I’m hoping to find a flatmate with a similar vibe. I work from the office twice a week (usually Wednesdays/Thursdays).

The flat comes with a separate living room and big kitchen space with abundant storage space if you love to cook. Shared bathroom. 2nd floor building with a lift.

Bedroom comes fully furnished - wardrobe, 4-tier drawers, bedside table, bed & mattress with storage under.

Transportation:
1 minute walk from Holloway Road station, 8 mins from Caledonian Road station and 14 mins from Highbury & Islington station. 15 min commute to central London and direct train to Heathrow airport

Plenty of supermarkets - Tesco’s Express downstairs, Aldi local 1 min, Sainsbury’s Local 5 mins, Waitrose 9 mins, Lidl 10 mins, Morrison’s 12 mins
A variety of restaurants, cafés and pubs along the high street.

Rent:
The rent is £750/month (excluding bills), Islington council tax band D, and bills approximately £100~
