I'm Fabio, and I'm looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely three-bedroom flat in Islington, starting from August 25th.

The room is small but cozy, fully furnished, and overlooks our garden. You'll share a bathroom with one other tenant. The flat is bright, quiet, and conveniently located near Finsbury Park, Holloway Road, and Archway tube stations, with several bus routes nearby. We're also within walking distance of several supermarkets, including Waitrose, Morrisons, Tesco, Sainsbury's, and Lidl.

I'm a friendly professional who values a clean, relaxed, and respectful living environment. The rent is £800 per month, with additional expenses of around £150 (including bills, council tax, and broadband).
