Sociable and friendly lodger required

Hi!

I'm looking for a lovely new lodger to share my warm, characterful Edwardian flat on Camden Road.

The room available is a spacious double overlooking the garden, in a peaceful building with lots of natural light. The flat has a cosy feel throughout, with a skylit kitchen, a bathroom with a roll-top bath and rainfall shower, plus a sunny balcony that's perfect in the afternoons and evenings.

A quick note about the living arrangement

The rent includes all bills and reflects one slightly unusual aspect of the flat: I sleep in the living room at night, which becomes my bedroom after the evening (with a pull across privacy curtain)

It isn't the right setup for everyone, and that's absolutely fine. However, it has worked brilliantly over the years. I've been fortunate to have wonderful lodgers over the years and we created a relaxed, respectful home together. If the arrangement feels comfortable to you, I'd love to chat and show you around.

A little about me...

I'm friendly, easy-going, tidy and considerate. I work in media, mostly from the office, with one work-from-home day each week (Mondays). Outside work I teach yoga and run a sober dating community, so life is fairly active and social.

The flat is well located between Camden Town, Kentish Town and Holloway, with Caledonian Road Underground around a 10-minute walk away and King's Cross about 15 minutes by bus.

I'm looking for someone who's similarly respectful, clean and communicative. More than anything, I'd love to find someone who enjoys living in and co-creating a calm, welcoming home rather than simply renting a room.
