Ideally looking for a girl/woman who is hoping to stay until April 2027.

Queer is a bonus! 🏳️‍🌈 We’re also open to a queer couple, depending on circumstances.

Preferably looking for someone who is in employment and can provide proof of regular income and the required references.

‼️‼️The landlord requires the following before the move-in date in order to sign the new AST:‼️‼️

• One month’s deposit {£1,000}

• Proof of ID (passport/driving licence)

• Last 3 months’ bank statements showing regular income

• National Insurance number

• One month’s rent in advance {1,100}

• Two references:

- Work reference clearly showing annual salary

- Previous landlord reference, sent directly to the landlord

• Email address and phone number

• If you’re a non-UK resident, proof that you have the right to reside in the UK for the duration of the tenancy
