Nice Room for quiet student in lovely house

HI! WE are looking to rent out our younger son Adam’s room during the term times while he is away at Warwick University. This means that we are looking for you to go away during the Christmas and Easter holidays. We will NOT CHARGE RENT at these times!

It is a very nice room. Last year we had the terrific Juliette from Toulouse and we enjoyed each other’s company very much. She was only 19 but she was: funny, quiet, good-mannered, considerate, self-reliant, independent, tidy and responsible. If this sounds like you, please apply. Our house is near Camden Square with great transport connections to the centre of town and good shops nearby as well as the very good shopping areas of both Camden and Islington which includes the fashionable Granary Square and Coal Drops Yard at Kings Cross.

WE have a great garden to chill in and study outdoors if you wish to in the summer, room for you to safely keep a bicycle and a utility room which is separate from the kitchen for washing and drying clothes. Our kitchen is large and this is where we mostly socialise together.

The rent includes all utilities and tax. It also includes breakfast basics, cereal, toast, yogurt, tea coffee etc. We prefer to cook the main evening meals here as we like this to be one household and it works out better in practice so the rent also includes an evening meal on week days. Having said this, we are often out and therefore, on these evenings its fine for you to cook for yourself. We are quite happy to put your meal by if you are not going to be home for supper but ask that you always let us know please.
