I have a spacious double bedroom available in Holloway, Islington. The room is newly carpeted and fully furnished with a custom-built 3-door fitted wardrobe, desk, nightstand, coat rack and full-length mirror. You’ll also have sole use of the large main bathroom with both a bath and shower.

The apartment is in an exclusive, quiet and secure new-build development in the historic Hornsey Baths. Safety is a priority here and the building has 24-hour security, a concierge service, secure entry systems and CCTV throughout. The concierge is also happy to sign for parcels and deliveries! Secure bike storage is also available.

The flat itself is a bright and modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with an open-plan kitchen and living area. You’ll have full access to the washing machine and dishwasher.

Bills included: electricity, water, broadband and TV licence. I also currently subscribe to Netflix and Disney+ and happy to share!

Great location and transport links: just a 5-minute walk to Finsbury Park Station (Victoria & Piccadilly lines — both run 24 hours on weekends — and National Rail with a direct 15-minute ride to Moorgate). There are also numerous direct buses to central London Angel, Camden, Oxford Street, the City, Shoreditch, Hackney, Victoria and more.

Local amenities include Waitrose, M&S, Morrisons, Lidl, independent grocery shops, Odeon and Picturehouse cinemas, lovely cafés, restaurants, and beautiful parks all within walking distance.

I also have a friendly fat indoor cat named Thomas who may occasionally stay over.

I’m a busy professional, often out, and looking for someone who is trustworthy, clean, quiet, and easygoing.

I’m also open to Monday–Friday lets.
