Beautiful large double bedroom on the second floor available in a spacious 3 storey Victorian high ceiling terraced House.

There is a bathroom on each floor, there is two bedrooms on the second floor and two bedrooms on the third floor each sharing a bathroom on a floor.

The very large double room on the second floor comes unfurnished.

My name is Aoife (I am Irish working as a consultant in the city) and I am the lead tenant in the house for 4 years, I can confidently say that I find our landlord very good. We recently welcomed Suzy, Andy and Pablo over 8 months ago. Suzy on the second floor is a phd graduate who returned from travelling to start a training contract in patent law. Also a very lovely and chilled Welsh guy Andrew who is quite the techie and Pablo who works in Finance share the third floor. They are all professionals in their early 30's so really we are looking for another girl/guy to even the balance in the house with a similar way of living. AS a house we have a lovely way of living and respecting each other.

The bedroom comes unfurnished and is very spacious with romantic features such as wooden floors and tall decorated ceilings. Our home is situated on a quiet street (cul-de-sac) within zone 2 but within easy reach of many local shops and supermarkets (Tesco, Morrisons, M&S & Waitrose). There is excellent transport on the doorstep with access to local amenities such as parks, gyms (Sobel leisure centre) literally two minutes walk, local cinema's, restaurants, medical amenities. We have roadside parking outside the house but a parking permit will need to be sought by the council in advance.

It is only 5 mins walk to Finsbury Park tube station (Victoria, Piccadilly lines and Mainline rail) and under 10 mins walk to Holloway Road Tube (Piccadilly Line), and 2 mins walk to bus stops for Camden and Central London.

The house was freshly painted, communal areas in our home include large modern kitchen-diner with adjoining living space on ground floor. Gas stove, electric oven, new fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, plumbed-in drinking water filter. We have also a garden with BBQ. We have a spare room on the ground floor we occasionally us for storage so if you like to cycle and have a bike this is somewhere you can store it. We have a new washing machine and also new separate condenser dryer too.

We take great pride in the house as it is so lovely so are keen for like-minded house-trained housemate to maintain the high standard we keep when joining us.

We treat the house like it is our home, also respect each-others time and space in the house so it would be great to find someone with the same values to join us. It's not a party house but we're always open to sharing a glass of wine or cook, get takeaway with a movie once in a blue moon when all our schedules permit.
