The Room: second floor, light, airy double bedroom in a leafy side street.
Furnished with plenty built-in storage, sideboard, double bed and personal sink.

Amenities: Full bathroom w/bath, shared with one other plus additional ground floor toilet. Kitchen w/gas cooker and dishwasher. Living room with three-piece suite, vinyl stereo and a whacking great telly I bought largely to watch Planet Earth on. Separate washing machine and dryer. Unlimited fibre broadband.
Garden has a giant gas BBQ for Summer!

The Area: Fantastic transport links: 10-15min walk to Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly,) Holloway Road (Piccadilly) and Upper Holloway (Overground) or 15mins to Archway (Northern.)
Door to Covent Garden in 30 mins.
Multiple 24hr busses to/from Central London and elsewhere at end of the road.

Us: You'll be sharing the place with lovely Nadia (32) on the second floor and me, Stuart (33) upstairs.
She's a delightful Italian polgylot in the arts. I'm a big nerd more likely seen with a video game than down the pub.
I'm on the third floor with my own en suite, so there's plenty of space for everyone. We're both omnivores, if that's of concern.

You: Friendly, sober, passionate.
We tend to keep it relaxed and kinda familial around here- troubles talk, film trips, occasional board games etc so someone open helps but you're not held to it. Hermit it up, hermit!
