1 room available in spacious garden flat

We have a double bedroom available for £495/month in our 3 bed house.

The flat is in a converted Victorian house, with four flats in total. The flat has been recently refurbished to a modern standard. It has a very generous living room and separate kitchen/dining with direct access to our own garden (paddling pool included)! The shared bathroom has a large bathtub/ shower.

The house is 5 min walk from Turnpike Lane underground (Picadilly line) and Hornsey (National Rail) which are generally good for commuting in. There’s a shopping centre about 5 minutes walk from the house, 2 cinemas and so many Turkish restaurants you could try a different one each day. Also close to green lanes with loads of bars and brunch places. Short walk to Alexandra Palace and the Crouch End area.

We have lived here for two years and really love this house so we would really like to find new housemates so we can stay for another year. The rooms are available from September and the contract length is one year.

The agency want to advertise the house soon, if you’re interested please let us know asap! The agency will require the usual guarantor information and security deposit (around six weeks rent).

We are two almost qualified architects working in central London. We are sociable, outgoing, love our food and drink and enjoy exploring London. We are looking for housemates who have similar interests. are young professionals (sorry agency requirement) and help keep the house clean.
