If you’re looking for a double room in a lovely flat – you might that find this is it! As long as you’re OK sharing the flat with one other guy and are happy to maintain a clean, warm and welcoming environment.

… the guy:
Relaxed, easy going, considerate, 28 year old professional male working for a consultancy firm. I’m into keep fit, dancing, Kung Fu, guitar, eating out (I’m veggie), movies, theatre, singing, music – in fact I like most things! Especially going out (bars/clubs/gigs/theatre), having a drink (I know my limits!), meeting new people, trying new things and most importantly laughing - a lot! Haha!
I've loved living in such a vibrant area for the past 2 years. Lots of good Turkish restaurants, pubs and cafes nearby, a large Sainsbury's very near and incredibly handy transport links.
It's a good location (minutes walk from Piccadilly line and overground) as it's not as claustrophobic as central yet it's still near enough to go out/go to work there if you do - which I do! And it's fine and safe getting back after a night out.
Sharing a flat with me is easy and you’d fit right in if you’re up for having a laugh every now and again – whether it’s staying in to enjoy a movie or going out and seeing where the night leads!
… the Room:
Quiet, clean, well furnished double room looking out onto mature large garden. Contains a good quality double bed, wardrobe with mirror and a large chest of drawers. More furniture is available upon request such as desk or more storage. The rate doesn't include bills.
… the Flat:
Very well furnished ground floor flat. Comfy, good sized living room and dining table, modern, well equipped kitchen, clean, modern bathroom (with power shower and bath), large basement. Landline, wireless broadband, washing machine and dishwasher.
… the other great things:
No queuing for the toilet/shower ever! - I have an ensuite bathroom. So shower/bath as long as you want!
Privacy - bedrooms are at opposite ends of the flat. That’s good! Also I'm away with work some of the time so you get the entire place to yourself!
Masses of storage – I’m talking lots here. I have a basement so it’s great if you’ve got lots of stuff to store, have your own furniture or have a bike. Also have additional storage in the living room.

Couples welcome at additional cost (+£25 per week).
