Double Room With Own Garden London N8 North London

Hi!

I have a double room avail for dog lovers only - as I have a one-year-old in training. If you are not sure if you like dogs then this is not the home for you! Naturally, my puppy will not go into your own private areas (noted below) unless you invite her to do so :)

The room is a double furnished room, with a king sized bed, desk, freshly painted and so on. It has its own en-suite, with a toilet, shower and sink. It has direct access to a private decked garden with bamboo & palm (type) trees - very peaceful as it is surrounded by other gardens.

The house is on a quiet estate seconds away from Priory Park, bus stops, local shops etc. Crouch End broadway is 5mins walk away (depending on how fast you walk)! It is a really safe, lovely area with fantastic neighbours too.

Shared spaces are

- Kitchen with dishwasher, Washer/dryer, usual kitchen suspects, own storage space in fridge & cupboards. Dining table & chairs.

- Front Yard - Very large shed that can potentially house a bike. An enclosed living area for one of my two tortoises & no he does not bite - yet!

Non-Shared Areas = My bedroom (which is of course obvious) bathroom & roof terrace.

Parking - there is free parking seconds away, although spaces are limited so it can get a bit "competitive"! Otherwise you can apply for an official parking permit from the council.

I do not mind if you smoke but only in your own garden / front yard area - as in - completely standing in it and not out the window or door!

••• Please note that this room is NOT available for couples or "guest sleepovers" under any circumstances.

It is not a "party hang out" type home but equally, it is not a quiet home as such.

Bills included - Council Tax, Fast Optic BB, Gas, Electric & Water.

Not Included - TV license for BBC is not included + anything not on the included list!
