Hey, the room is available immediately and we are looking for a female housemate. The house is very well located for transport, leisure, shopping and eating out. It's only a 15 minute walk to Manor House (zone2) and the Turnpike Lane stations or a 10 minute walk to Haringey overground, which gives you great links to Finsbury Park, the City and other areas. Our road is quiet and is adjacent to the famous Green Lanes, which is packed with lots of lovely eateries, restaurants and shops and only a 15 minute walk to a big Sainsbury's and the entrance to Finsbury Park. Wood Green Shopping City is also closeby. Chestnut Park is also only a ten minute walk, which is great for playing tennis on their free courts. All in all, the location is great and you can find lots to do.

The house is well equipped ( 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 1 en-suite, 3 fridge/freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer). There is also a cute south-facing garden. The landlord takes good care of the house and our needs and there is a cleaner who comes in once a week to maintain the communal areas (lounge, kitchen, bathrooms etc).

We are looking for a friendly new housemate to join our house (currently 2 boys and 2 girls). We are a very friendly, sociable, laid-back group. Although we are quite independently we do like to chill out and watch films or go for drinks together, so it would be great to find someone who fits in well and likes to socialise with the house.
