Room in lovely home near tube and Ally Pally

One of our housemates is moving up north so we have a double bedroom available in our wonderful house.

The property is spread over 3 floors with 6 bedrooms (but we leave the smallest one spare for guests), 3 bathrooms, a living room, and a decent sized garden area.

You’ll be living with Jack (32, M), Charlie (32, F), Kate (28, F) and Aderyn (28, F)

A bit about us:

We’re all professionals working in creative industries with a mix of WFH and office hours. We’ve become good friends since moving in together and are looking for someone who would also make the effort to hang out and socialise in the evenings. We love our house and like to keep it looking clean & tidy - we have a fortnightly cleaner but also all make an effort to clear up after ourselves (without stressing out about the odd pan being left out).

The boring bit:

The room is furnished and is £680 a month, not including bills which are usually £100 a month give or take (we're council tax band D).
