4 Bed House with Garden and Living Room

We are looking for a new housemate (preferably female, aged 24-30) to join us in a 4-bedroom house in Finsbury Park, available from September 29th. The house has a spacious garden, a well-equipped kitchen, an open living room, and two bathrooms. The room available is a large double, with ample space for a desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. Its east-facing, so you’ll enjoy plenty of morning light. We have been informed that the landlord is professional and responsive. The house is bright and welcoming, and the available room is in the quietest part of the house.

A bit about us: We are three friendly and easygoing girls. Issy (24), Hanna (25), and Maia (25). Issy and Hanna are studying for their Architecture Masters, and Maia works as a structural engineer. We love socializing but also appreciate a calm, relaxed home environment, especially since our days are quite busy.

We are hoping to find someone who fits in well ideally, a female aged 24-30 who is either a full-time student or a professional (preferably not working from home full-time). Rent is approximately £820, excluding bills, which is great value for a place with a garden, a double room, and a living room! Deposit would be a months rent. If you are interested, we’d love to arrange a meeting and a viewing of the house. Please note, the landlord does require thorough references, so having a guarantor may be necessary.
