Large Double Room (For Couples)

Hey all!!!

Unfortunately had a last minute drop & so we are looking to fill our beautiful home with a couple.

Very spacious room up for grabs for DOUBLE OCCUPANCY/COUPLES in a friendly creative household, 5 mins from Turnpike Lane station (Piccadilly line: takes 15 mins to get to King’s Cross). Open to single occupancy to if you’re comfortable and able to afford it but the price would have to stay the same.

We’re prioritising couples in order to manage our current rent increase & bills so that everyone can manage through inflation. Since people don’t tend to take in couples living amongst them we will take you in as it benefits us all too & the more the merrier ;)

THE ROOM:
Room is on the ground floor. It’s a huge double, very spacious, has good light, furnished & high ceilings. All furniture in the property has to stay as requested by the landlord.

Super essential you are clean & respectful. We will also be getting a monthly cleaner as well as maintaining the hygiene of the house to a good standard.

No pets as we have a cat who is the landlord.

There’s 3 toilets (2 upstairs, 1 downstairs) and two bathrooms (both with showers & one with bathtub).

We have storage under the stairs which is quite spacious enough for all of us.

We have a drying room with a washing machine and dryer (game changer)

We have a spacious garden too with a BBQ & bonfire.

We’re surrounded by good food, cash & carry’s & three big supermarkets so there’s so much range and choice for all lifestyles.

The room is available on 1st December 2024 for a year tenancy but we also have a 6 month break clause.

Accessibility wise: room is on ground floor, there’s one step at the front porch of the house and one step down from ground floor into the kitchen and behind that is the bathroom (so not wheelchair friendly).

There’s also another bathroom and separate toilet upstairs but there are around 12 steps. Parking permit available.

Room rent without bills for double occupancy: £950
