Hello, we are Sue, Rebecca & Michelle and we have a good-sized, garden-facing, unfurnished double room available (from 6th August) in our shared house on the Haringey Ladder. (I've included photos of the room as it was for the previous two tenants, to give an idea of different options for furniture arrangements/space).

It's a 4-bed terraced house, with a lovely garden, on a quiet street on the Ladder. It’s quite recently refurbished and has two bathrooms as well as a third toilet by the kitchen. The house is more spacious than the photos show, including the available bedroom. However the bedroom itself would best suit someone who doesn't have too much accumulated stuff!

We're 7mins walking from Hornsey National Rail and approx 8mins from Turnpike Lane tube. It's a great area, between Crouch End, Ally Pally, Wood Green, Green Lanes and Finsbury Park.

We're a friendly, quiet household - definitely not a party house. We sometimes socialise in the kitchen/lounge together but also spend time alone and respect each other's space. You'll be sharing with 3 friendly women working in yoga/photography, sub-editing, and theatre fund-raising.

We're looking for someone who understands both the perks and challenges of shared living and who will fit in to a respectful, harmonious environment, with the ability for kind, mature communication to avoid household issues becoming major conflicts!

We'd like to find someone for whom it’s instinctive to be considerate of noise, to keep shared areas clean and to take equal responsibility for household chores. (-:
