Hello all, my time has come to leave London! I am looking for someone to take my room and continue the contract with my two lovely friends/flatmates Nabil and Ella. We've lived together for over 3 years now.
We're all chatty, relaxed and friendly. We're looking for someone who's easy going, tidy, independent, but up for a chat in passing. The odd Sauna or Sunday Roast here and there!
Nabil is in Tech and Ella is a stand up comedian often writing scripts or doing shows. They both have work from home schedules, so it would suit someone who goes into work most days if possible!
We're looking for someone in their 30's please! 20's would be too young (sorry!)
We are also looking for someone to move from the first/second week of September.
Bills are around £120 per month
Landlord lives in Aussie and we're now managed by an Estate Agents down the road, who are nice and easy going.
We also have a shared garden and on street car parking too! Washer and dryer and dishwasher also. :)
