Hi! I’m the current tenant of this room and will be moving out, so I’m helping my flatmate find someone to take over my place in the tenancy.

The flat is in Harringay and is really well connected. It’s around a 10-minute walk from Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line, Zone 3), Hornsey rail station and the Overground, two tube stops from Finsbury Park (20 minute walk) with plenty of bus connections around London too.

Who you’ll be living with

You’ll be living with my current flatmate, who is 25 and works as a civil servant. She’s chatty, sociable and relaxed. Outside of work she’s a synchronised swimmer and loves a good pub trip. She’s looking for someone who would like a friendly home environment where you can socialise and be friends as well as live together.

I’m helping with finding potential replacements and arranging viewings, but as she’ll be the one living with you, I’ll put interested people in touch with her so you can both have a chat and see if you’d be a good fit.
