Double Room to rent in large flat in Hornsey

Double room to rent and share of the communal areas of the large 2 bed flat. The flat is a 1st floor Victorian conversion flat. There is a large light and airy lounge to the front of the flat. It's split level. The room to rent is at the rear of the property so the bedrooms aren't directly next to each other. It's on a quiet residential road but very close to local amenities. Haringey and Hornsey overground stations are both very close by. It takes less than half an hour to get from the flat to the West End. The local buses are also very frequent and go to town and Camden etc. Crouchend and Muswell hill are also very close. I am looking for an easygoing, conscientious, tidy, reliable person. I own the flat and and It's my home and I'd like someone to feel very much at home here and treat it with respect. I am easygoing, open and friendly. Thanks.
