We are a friendly household of three looking for one more tenant to occupy the "master' bedroom, the room has a double bed, sofa, desk and loads of built in storage. The rent £695.00 covers ALL bills, everything! Including super fast WiFi - 120mb.
(The monthly bills come to nearly £200 each so the actual rent is only about £495.00 a month.)
Transport links are great, lots of buses 3 mins away, Hornsey overground is 5 mins walk, the tube is 10 mins walk.
This area has got a real buzz about it now, loads of new cafes and bars\music venues have opened in the last 2 years.
The huge kitchen has a big table for chatting around, dish washer, washing machine and leads out to the garden.
There are 2 nice bathrooms with showers.
The garden is full of plants, very enclosed and sunny, perfect for eating or reading outside.
We have a small dog (sometimes) and 2 cats so it would help if you are pet positive!
