Large Comfy Room, London N8

Hello people, thanks for looking.

I like meeting new people and also have guests staying for a few days over the next few months, so I let this room for SHORT periods only. If you are looking for a place for anything between a couple of days and a month or so, please get in touch. I have amended this listing accordingly, but can be flexible for the right person!

This is a bright double bedroom in a spacious, homely, much-loved two-bed North London flat (N8). For one person, to share with one, easy going guy (me).

This place is modest on the outside and lovely on the inside (the room would possibly suit someone with similar qualities!).

In case you are new to this area - there are excellent transport links to town and to the city just minutes away. Tube station (Piccadilly line) at the bottom of the road, train and buses / night buses 3-4 mins away.

The room is quiet & fully furnished.

A friendly, warm, well laid out first floor flat, with access to a shared garden. Fast wireless broadband. Washing machine, dryer etc..

There's a large TV in the lounge and hopefully you'll be interested in having a few film nights..

This place is (usually) very tidy and ideal for a professional/student, with an open mind and possibly some creative flair (someone who is also reasonably considerate and tidy - i. e the usual basics, washing up etc..)

The area has great grocery shops (24/7) and excellent take aways, with plenty of alternatives to choose from, when you don't feel like cooking.. These are almost on our door step, but the flat is still very quite (this road is parallel with the high street).
