Rent £160 per week. The rent includes all utility bills (water, gas, electric) and wireless broadband (based on reasonable use, excess use will possibly incur extra charge). Council tax is separate and an additional cost for tenant depending on your status.

The property is situated 7-10 minutes walk away from Edmonton Green overground station which runs into Seven Sisters tube station (7 mins) and direct into Liverpool Street (30 mins). Also close to central bus station which has excellent services to almost anywhere. Also close to large Asda, Lidl and other shops/amenities at the local Edmonton Green Shopping Centre (less than 5 minutes walk).

Four weeks deposit and first month's rental in advance will be required.
