No couples, for single occupancy only. Would best suit for a single male as current household are all guys.

Very large and airy kitchen (with plenty of storage space), with cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster.

Unrestricted parking outside the house. Large garden at the back.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUSIVE: (Gas, electricity, water, tv licence, unlimited wifi & council tax etc)
Communal areas are professionally cleaned regularly (complimentary)

The house is located on a quiet safe road with only 5 min walk to the local shopping centre where you can find shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks and local transport.

The nearest station is Edmonton green, only 5 minutes walk or a quick bus ride to Tottenham Hale or Seven Sisters.

This house is very close to North Middlesex Hospital.

Great links to Oxford Circus, Euston , King's Cross - only 15 mins to Kings Cross from nearest tube station.

The area is safe and quiet, located on a residential road.
