Hi, this is a three bedroom house with two bathrooms.

You will have sole use of the bathroom upstairs which is next to the bedroom. The photos are provided. You will be living with me, another professional female. I am easy going and like to cook when I get home early. I would prefer a female house mate. We will share household chores.

I am looking for someone who works or attends university as I work remotely for some of the week and another person working remotely full time.

The commute to London Liverpool Street is just over 30 minutes door to door on the Weaver Line.

I am looking for someone respectful and who won't make lots of noise at night. Someone who is willing to have a chat but equally I understand the need for one's own space.

The move in date can be negotiated for the right person. I am also willing to let the room short term.
