I have a small double room to rent in a modern, freshly and fully refurbished flat. New kitchen with all appliances, bathroom with large shower, living room with dining set, comfy sofa and a large TV screen and Sky TV package and Sky wi-fi. Living room also has a small treadmill and a basic stationary bike. The flat has a very high EPC rating and stays warm and comfy in winter. Living room also has a portable AC unit for those few days of a ‘heatwave’ each year ;). You are invited and encouraged to make a use of the communal areas on a shared basis.
The flat is located on the 1st floor in a quiet close with no drive-through street located on private land, with free car park right outside the flat. There is a communal garden at the back on the building popular with an occasional BBQ. The bedroom overlooks the garden so there is a lot of green outside the window.
As this a lodger type of rental, there is no tenancy agreement, so this is a gentlemen’s agreement offer with some house rules applicable.
I am looking for a male member of the LGBTQ+ community. Non-smoker and not a party animal. Shared interest would be great. International affairs, politics, good film or a comedy are my few. I am usually a quiet person. Gemini zodiac - if that matters. Working full time 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Monday to Friday rental can be considered.

- Edmonton Green overground station 5 minutes walk away. Link to Victoria tube line only 4 stops away which gets you directly to Oxford Circus. Overground takes you to Liverpool Street in 26 minutes with trains every 7-15 minutes.
- Edmonton bus station is 5 minutes away with busses going directly into the city and west end and other London locations.

- large shopping centre by the stations with Asda and Lidl as well as many other shops
- large park to walk and jog in - Pymmes Park
