We are looking to rent a 3 bedroom flat on the first floor of a house as a whole property ideally to a group of friends (£700 per room). There is a separated flat downstairs where the landlord lives and they have their own bathroom and kitchen and lounge.

We have furnished double rooms available (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers) in each room and there is a separate living room. 1 bathroom is shared (between 3 people max) and there is a small dining table in the kitchen. Kitchen contains dryer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven and gas hob.
