Bright Double Bedroom in a Two Bed Maisonette

I’m renting out a bright, furnished double room in my newly refurbished home in North London. The flat is spread over two floors, so it feels really spacious and more like a house than a typical flat.

It’s a super quick walk to Edmonton Green station and the bus station, with easy connections into central London.

The room will be ready very soon. I’m just in the process of setting it up, so photos are coming shortly. I’ve added a picture of the living space (and my cat!) in the meantime to give you a feel for the place.

You’d be sharing with me , I’m a professional working from home. I do often travel for work and personally. I’m quite active (I train Brazilian jiu-jitsu), and I keep the flat clean, calm, and easygoing. It’s definitely more of a relaxed , easygoing home, a nice balance of chilled and social. There’s also a friendly cat here, so you’d need to be comfortable with pets.

There’s free on-street parking, and everything you need is close by around Edmonton Green, shops, supermarkets, and a park nearby.

• Minimum stay: 3 months
