The property is unfurnished but we think the room would have space for a double bed and an additional wardrobe and maybe a desk depending on arrangement
There is currently damp in the property, but this is being checked by a surveyor this week, abs damp specialist is going in soon to sort it! It has a long stop date for being fixed by the end of November
Move in date is currently the 7th November but this may be delayed until the end of November depending on how quickly they can fix the damp
