I recently bought the flat and fully refurbished it so everything in the property is brand new including all the furniture. The flat is a lovely bright and newly refurbished 4 bedroom flat with 2 private outside balcony areas belonging to the flat only. The flat is fully furnished with a fully equipped kitchen.

Currently, I have a double room available for £300 per week including all bills and Internet. There are four bedrooms in total, three have already been rented to three females. The room will have a brand new bed, desk + chair and wardrobe. The flat is located on Robert Street, London NW1, which is a short 6 minute walk to Warren Street station and a 10-15 minute walk to UCL.

If you would like to view, I can do most days of the week with quite short notice.

I prefer to have student tenants but also will consider working professionals. Please be aware that the rent includes utility bills and internet but not council tax.

The tenancy I could offer is from now until Sept 2025.
