Room to rent _ 15 min walk from Hyde park

Hi 👋,
I’m El, 35 y. o. female, looking for a flatmate (please ladies preferred) from 1st June within my rolling contract and the price is £800. The price from August will be £900 and available for a year contract. Most of all I love the location of the flat, 2 min walk from Edgware Road station and 15 min away from Hyde and Regent’s Park. It’s a clean , light and cozy flat on the 3rd floor, with 2 double bedrooms, in one of which I live. Bills are relatively low, not included in the rent. There is a double bed and a wardrobe in the room and a lot of space to add some more furniture. Kitchen is combined with the dining area and it’s quite big. I’ve been living here for 3 years. I have a very kind and supportive landlord. It’s a very safe building, there is a CCTV system on each floor and intercom.

I work in tech sales. After work you can find me either at the gym, or swimming pool, salsa class, playing piano or somewhere else exploring London. I think I’m in between of extrovert and introvert, I love spending time communicating with people as well as having “me” time.
