Pretty room in central London, near King X

The room I am advertising is in a two bedroom flat, light and quiet, with a nice view from the window. The other bedroom is occupied by a female professional working for the NHS. The owner of the flat - I myself - is an academic (English literature) currently residing and working in Ireland. When I need to come to London I stay in the living room - this is why it is unavailable for common use. However, the flat has a big enough kitchen to be used for dining and socialising.
