Single Room in a Kind, Neurodiverse, Animal-Loving

Looking for a new housemate to join our warm, supportive home in the heart of London (near King’s Cross/Camden). You’ll be sharing with three women of the Global Majority (Indian, Mauritian, and Trinidadian heritage).

This isn't just a "house share", it’s a home. We have a natural camaraderie and are looking for someone who wants to be part of a friendly, intersectional, and environmentally conscious household.

The Household Vibe:
The Humans: I’m the live-in owner (mid-40s, Queer/WOC), working long hours in the community sector. My two lovely lodgers (WOC, mid-to-late 20s) work in the NHS and Community fitness.
The Culture: We are a neurodiverse household (Autism/ADHD). We value kindness, empathy, and a "get stuck in" attitude.
The Food: We are a strictly Pure Vegetarian (No Eggs) and Vegan household. Please note: This is cultural and non-negotiable.
Our kitchen is well-equipped and full of spices!

The Resident VIPs (The Animals):
- Our rescues are the heart and soul of this house. Please only apply if you truly love living with animals:
Two Indoor Cats: One is a "perfectly grumpy" senior with a renal condition (she has occasional accidents, so you must be okay with that!).
- One Dog: A 3.5yr old rescue who loves a hello.
The Reality: There is fur. There are "natural pet noises." The cats go on the counters, and we use pee pads. This is **not** a home for a light sleeper or someone who isn't 100% animal-oriented.

The Practical Stuff
The Room: A fully furnished, cozy single room.
The Price: Reflects the fact that this is a "well-lived-in" home and my personal sanctuary. I keep it affordable because finding the right fit is more important to me than profit.
The "Rules": Strictly No Guests/Overnight Visitors: My home is my recovery space after 60hour work weeks.
Strictly Non-Smoking: Both inside and in the garden.
Eco-Friendly: We compost and separate all recycling/soft plastics.
Perks: All bills/Council Tax included. Toilet paper and cleaning basics provided. Secure bike storage in our gated front garden.

1. Diet: Are you Vegan/Vegetarian? Are you happy to maintain a Pure Vegetarian (no eggs)/Vegan kitchen?
2. Habits: Are you a confirmed non-smoker?
3. Visitors: Do you understand and agree to the "no overnight guests" policy?
4. Community: Are you Queer/Queer-friendly and comfortable in a neurodiverse environment?
5. The Furry Ones: Have you lived with cats and dogs before? On a scale of 1-10, how much do you love them?
