Single room in vegetarian vegan home with pets

Single room available to join our home with 2 cats and 2 dogs (1 is blind). You'd be living with 3 women from the global majority (WOC). Our wonderful housemate has moved back to India for now.

This is a lovely calm, quiet (with the exception of natural pet noises), friendly and supportive home. We're looking for someone that we can get on with and become friends with. We all get on really well. There's natural camaraderie in the house.
What you need to know:
Fully furnished single room with a big built in wardrobe with shelving.
All bills included.
Council tax included.
Non negotiable for us: This is a pure vegetarian (No eggs) and vegan household only. It's cultural. Ideally you're also pure vegetarian or vegan.
2 indoor cats (1 is senior, perfectly grumpy, pees occasionally in places she shouldn't). As the cats are indoor cats, none of the windows open fully.
2 dogs (1 is a 16yrs old senior, blind and sadly palliative)
All are rescues.
Non-smoking house including garden.
No overnight guests - this is a small home and it's my sanctuary after long hours at work.
There are 2 toilets and 1 bath/shower
Toilet paper, washing up liquid, etc provided
We have a well equipped kitchen and lots of spices(!!)
Composter in garden for food waste, recycling, soft plastics and general waste seperated.
We are walking distance from King's Cross/St Pancras, Camden road and Camden town stations.
There is space to keep bicycles in the gated front garden.

Why is the room so cheap?
I'm content so long as I can cover the bills and the mortgage. And this is a well lived in house. And as you have read no overnight guests. The price reflects the compromise. I'm looking for someone who is the right fit for our supportive and friendly household and shares similar values: Kindness, Intersectional, Empathetic, a willingness to get stuck-in attitude and Environmentally Conscious. And understands what it is truly like to live with 2 cats and 2 dogs. They all expect you to say hello when you come through the door!!! :) They are the heart and soul of the house. So please note that this home is not suitable if you are a light sleeper. The youngest cat is allowed on the kitchen counter. The youngest dog uses pee pads throughout the house. The senior cat has learnt that she too can use them.

About the household:
Me, WOC (Woman of colour) of Mauritian decent, lesbian/ queer - I work long hours in the community sector - 60hrs per week. This is my home, I am the owner and I'm mid 40's.
My two current lodgers - both by coincidence women of colour India decent - one works for the NHS and other is doing her Masters in child development. They are mid to late 20's.
This is also a very neurodiverse household: Autism and ADHD.

Please note: I get so many requests given the price so please respond tell us a little bit about you and also answer the following questions:
1. Are you vegan/ vegetarian? Happy to live in a pure vegetarian (no eggs) / vegan household?
2. Are you a non-smoker?
3. Do you understand that we have a no guests staying over agreement?
4. Are you queer/ queer friendly?
And please note you have to be a cat and dog person.
