Females Only - Double En Suite Room

Hey! Our housemate is moving out of our gorgeous home in the middle of May, so looking for a fab girl to replace her!

This is a 5 bed house, with a communal downstairs open plan kitchen/lounge with a slabbed garden, in a private mews. The room is a double size with an en-suite and comes with your bed and wardrobe.

You'll be sharing with 4 professional girls aged between 26 and 33. We all met through spare room but we are all now very good friends! We all tend to work between 2 and 5 days in the office (with the rest of time working from home) and have fairly busy personal lives, but love spending time socialising together in or out the house, and get along with each others friends.

We're looking for another girl who is friendly and sociable, always wanting to join in on the social plans that are floating around, but also happy to enjoy their own time. We're looking for someone who loves the house just as much as we do, but also very relaxed!

The rent is £900 per month, and the bills are around £140 each in addition. The deposit is £933 and is paid directly to the outgoing tenant. We have just signed a new 2 year tenancy, and although it is not required that you stay for that term, we want a housemate who's looking for a long term home!
