Double room available in a Camden house share. You would be joining three male housemates in a spacious property with a living room and a good-sized kitchen!

I'm moving out to live with friends. Your agreement will be directly with the landlord, and I’ll provide you with his details if you're interested in taking the room. The tenancy will start from May 12, 2024, and the duration can be discussed with the landlord (minimum 1 year, with a break clause at month 8).

ALL bills are included, including high-speed Virgin broadband. A cleaner comes every Monday to clean the communal areas, kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and take out the bins. The cleaner's fee amounts to approximately £15 per month per person.

The flat is a 15-minute walk to Camden Town (Northern Line), a 10-minute walk to Caledonian Road (Piccadilly Line), and a 10-minute walk to Camden Road (Overground). Bus services 29/253/390 stop right at your doorstep.

Nearby amenities include a 24-hour Tesco, Sainsbury's Local, 24-hour Nisa Local, a small high street, and a post office, all within a 10-minute walk. UAL and the Coal Drops in Kings Cross are also within a 15-20 minute walk.

The room is south-west facing and cozy in the winter. Gas bills are included in the rent, and the house always stays warm even if the gas isn’t turned up all the way. There is plenty of light, and the living room is large. There are 2 full bathrooms in this 4-person house, so there are 2 people per bathroom.
The flat is spread in three floors: the first one has the living room and the kitchen, both the other two floors have a washroom each and two rooms. The room has wall-mounted storage and space for a large clothes storage / chest of drawers, as well as smaller shelves and drawers. In the hallway, there is also plenty of storage space for suitcases and other larger items for the tenants.

The current flatmates are all professionals aged 25 and above, and they are very friendly and will have no problem helping you settle in.
