Spacious spare room with king bed in a shared 2 bed flat with another female. Short term and flexible on dates. There is 1 shared bathroom with a shower/bathtub, open plan kitchen/living room and office. Top floor of a modern apartment block 10 min walking distance to Camden underground & overground and 12 min walk to Kings Cross. 5 min walk to some lovely pubs- The Constitution and Prince Albert are great suntraps. WiFi and water bills included, requested to contribute £20 towards electric & gas bills. All other bills included (water, council, wifi).
Smart TV with all the usual Netflix Amazon Disney Sky TV, fully equipped kitchen and office WFH set up. There’s a sunny shared garden out front, a small park + community garden next door, and we’re 10 min walk from Camley Nature reserve or 30 min walk to Primrose Hill/Regents park.
