- Weekly Rent: £220 (includes electricity, gas, and heating)
- Additional Costs:
- Wifi: £10/month (per person)
- Water: £18/month (per person)
- council tax 75£ (if professional)
- deposit 400 and 1 month rent in advance

*Connectivity:*
- *Kings Cross and St Pancras Station:* 12-minute walk
- *Mornington Crescent Station:* 5-minute walk
- Excellent bus connectivity to all major locations right from below the house
- Several cycle stations located right below the house

*About the Room:*
- Well-lit room with all facilities and furniture
- The apartment has 2 other rooms shared by people aged 25-27
- *Facilities available:* Washing machine, dryer, drying stand, freezer, refrigerator, toaster microwave, iron, and all essential utensils
- *Furniture in the room:* Wardrobe, double bed, side table, study table, and other storage shelves
- bathroom and kitchen is shred with other two roommates
